SAVE MONEY

with Scheduled Services
Besides the piece of mind that you are taken care of, there are a couple of main reasons to schedule us to perform a routine check-ups on your air conditioning and heating system. Catching low Freon levels before your unit burns up is at the top of the list and secondly, we will check to ensure your system is at optimal efficiency to save you money for the upcoming summer. It’s always better to proactively discover small HVAC issues before they cause major problems.

EPA Finalized R-22 Phaseout Plan!

In the United States, ozone-depleting substances (ODS) are regulated as class I or class II controlled substances. Class I substances have a higher ozone depletion potential and have been completely phased out in the U.S.; with a few exceptions, this means no one can produce or import class I substances. Class II substances are all hydro chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), which are transitional substitutes for many class I substances. New production and import of most HCFCs will be phased out by 2020. The most common HCFC in use today is HCFC-22 or R-22, a refrigerant still used in existing air conditioners and refrigeration equipment.

To help along the process they have continued to raise taxes and limit production of R-22. We regret to inform you that even though we have worked hard to keep a low and stagnant price of refrigerant R-22, we will have to adjust our prices to keep up with the market.   Contact us today at (281) 350-2665 or Email.
